At Titan Core Supplements, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to provide high-quality products and services, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of supplements and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.
2. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products – If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging as proof.

Incorrect Items Received – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. The incorrect item must be unopened and in its original condition.

Lost or Undelivered Orders – If your order is lost in transit due to a courier issue, we will investigate and either resend the order or issue a refund. However, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Delayed deliveries due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Opened or used supplements, unless defective.

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you meet the above conditions, follow these steps:

Include your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
